Selection Procedure For CELTA

Compared to other TEFL courses, the selection procedure for our CELTA course in Dubai ensures that the candidates have the potential to complete the course successfully and cope with the intensive nature of the training. It also allows us to get to know the candidates, their motivation for taking the course and their reasons for wanting to teach English.

The selection process for our CELTA course is simple and straightforward. It consists of the following steps:

1. Submit the application:

The first step in your application is to express your interest by submitting our online inquiry form.

2. Complete the pre-interview task:

You will be emailed a pre-interview task after we receive your online inquiry form information, which you must finish and submit to us.

3. Attend an interview:

If your pre-interview task is satisfactory, we will invite you to an interview. We will get in touch with you to arrange an interview, either in person or via Skype/Zoom. During the interview, we will assess your level of English and discuss your suitability for the course. This is also an opportunity for our candidates to meet our tutors and ask any questions about the course.

If you are successful at the interview stage, we will offer you a place on our next CELTA intakes.

4. Pay your deposit:

To confirm your place after a successful interview, you will be required to pay a deposit within two weeks of being offered a spot on the course. Paying the deposit will secure your place and give you access to our pre-course materials (The Starter Package).

(Note: We do not accept payments until you've completed the interview.)

What is pre-course material or the starter package?

The starter package is a collection of materials that will help you prepare for the CELTA course. It includes an overview of what to expect, tips on studying effectively, and information on the different areas of the CELTA syllabus. The starter package also contains a practice test to get a feel for the tasks and questions you will be expected to complete during the course.

5. Start the course:
